7–10 Day Exchange Policy

At Eleph Tech (Eleph Tech Innovation Hub Pvt. Ltd.), we are committed to providing high-quality home automation products and a smooth customer experience. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we do allow product exchanges within 7–10 business days of receiving your order, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. No Customer-Induced Damage: The item must be free from any damage caused by improper use or mishandling.
  2. Technical Defect: The product must have a verifiable fault that affects its functionality.
  3. Damage During Transit: If the product arrives damaged, an unboxing video is required to initiate the exchange process.
  4. Unused Condition: The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and labels intact.

Note: Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Once approved, your replacement will be dispatched and delivered within 7–10 business days.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. All eligible issues are resolved through product exchange only.
